General Rules
• Please keep the music to a minimum
• Please do not harshly drag furniture across the floor as it may damage the floor
• If props or furniture is re-arranged, all items must be returned to the original layout
• Unfortunately we don't have a dressing area since this is a dual location (photography/studio), however the restrooms are located in the back of the building.
Damages
• Any furniture or prop that are found broken, stained or ripped during the time of your booking, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the item.
• If you require loading/unloading before or after the booking, it must be done within your booking time.
• Overtime is $160/hr.
Scheduling
• All studio bookings are paid in full when booking
Rental time
On the date of the session, you are required to include set up and break down.
If you experience any time over you will be billed accordingly.
Studio Cleanliness
Any attendees are required to leave the studio in the same condition upon arrival. If the studio needs to be cleaned after your session cleaning fee may be applied.
You have the opportunity to make minor changes to small furniture, however, if any items are broken you are financially responsible.
Backdrops
Installation of any backdrops, lights, tripods are free of charge.
Reschedule/Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
No cancellations, only rescheduling up to 48 hours before booking.
Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date.
Rescheduling less than 48 hours of your booking will not receive a reschedule option.
Studio credit from rescheduling will be available for your rebooking within 30 days from your original booking date.
Bookings may be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time.
Payments must be remitted in full before each session. No refunds are allowed, however, if a cancelation occurs 48 hours before the reservation time (via email or phone call) we will allow a credit.
