Terms and Conditions Agreement for Blaze Studio 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking or using our venue. These terms and conditions govern the rental agreement between the studio provider Blaze Studio HTX and the client ("Client"). By booking or using the studio, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Booking and Payment: a. The Client must make a booking in advance to secure a session for the desired date(s) and time(s). Payments can be made online with a card.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds: a. In the event of cancellation by the Client, we do not offer refunds. b. If cancellation occurs before 48 hours the Client is responsible for the full payment and has the option to transfer to a different day within 90 days. c. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the deposit.

  3. Damages: Any damages in the studio for a specified time period as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. b. The Client is responsible for any damages or loss caused to the venue or its property by themselves, their guests, or any vendors hired by the Client. c. The Client must adhere to all local laws, regulations, and venue policies regarding noise, capacity, alcohol consumption, and any other applicable rules. d. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for the event.

  4. Liability: a. The Provider shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses suffered by the Client, their guests, or any third parties during the event. b. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the studio.

  5. Vendors and Services: a. The Client may hire their own vendors (e.g.,  decorators, and photographers) for the bookings. b. The Client is responsible for coordinating with vendors and ensuring they comply with the venue's policies and regulations.

  6. Termination: a. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the bookings or deny access to the studio if the Client or their guests violate these terms and conditions, pose a risk to the studio, or engage in unlawful activities.

  7. Force Majeure: a. Neither party shall be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

  9. Entire Agreement: a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Blaze Studio HTX and the Client regarding the studio rental and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking or using Blaze Studio HTX, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
